Non Technical and Terms
Inspection
Inspection and testing will be performed prior to and during production along with a final random inspection of finished products by a Bank approved independent inspection agency. The inspection contract will be let by SinoVenture to the approved inspection agency with costs passed through to the Borrower to pay.
Delivery
Upon receipt of a Borrowers completed ROI, SinoVenture will propose CIP pricing, which entails organizing the delivery and insurance of goods to the agreed destination.
Note: Some countries may wish to collect the products, which can be accommodated on request.
Delivery times
Lead times are variable depending on order volumes. Production of most Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), until 5 times the MOQ, can be completed in 1-10 days. Lead times to delivery will be confirmed with CIP pricing, and inspection costs once an ROI has been completed and returned.
Payment
10% on order, 90% on successful final inspection (which will be in advance of shipping)

Protective Coveralls are single use pieces of equipment. They have thumb/finger loops to anchor sleeves in place. They are produced in light colours as these are preferable to better detect possible contamination.
World Health Organization’s Standards:
EN14126 Type 6B, 5B, 4B, or 3B for whole suite performance and either;
- Option 1 (tested for resistance to blood and body fluid penetration): Meets or exceeds ISO 16603 class 3 exposure pressure, or equivalent
- Option 2 (tested for resistance to blood-borne pathogen penetration): meets or exceeds ISO 16604 class 2 exposure pressure, or equivalent
