Non Technical and Terms
Inspection
Inspection and testing will be performed prior to and during production along with a final random inspection of finished products by a Bank approved independent inspection agency. The inspection contract will be let by Ertunc Ozcan to the approved inspection agency with costs passed through to the Borrower to pay.
Delivery
Quoted prices are FCA, where the Manufacture is responsible for the cost of transportation and customs clearance the point of departure. Upon receipt of the Registration of Interest (ROI), Ertunc Ozcan will propose CIP pricing, where it would organize the delivery and insurance of goods to the agreed destination (Usually the Borrowers main airport). Note: Some countries may wish to collect the products, which can be accommodated on request.
Delivery Times
It will take between 5-15 days to produce face shields for shipping depending on the number ordered. This excludes days required to complete testing and inspections which will are variable based on the availability of the testing/inspection agency and laboratory testing services.
Payment
40% on order; 60% on final acceptance of product

Protective Face Shields are made of clear plastic to provide good visibility to both the wearer and the patient. They can have an adjustable band to attach firmly around the head and fit snuggly against the forehead, fog resistant (preferable). They completely cover the sides and length of the face. They may be re-usable (made of robust material which can be cleaned and disinfected) or disposable.
